Indigenous Commitment

Kiewit has a proud history involving aboriginal people in the developing of major projects, dating back to the early 1970s. In addition to employee opportunities, we provide effective on-the-job training to all employees, including training in safety, quality, environmental, compliance, production, planning and leadership.

Community Engagement

It’s our social responsibility to give back to the communities we work in and we strive to find innovative ways to express our gratitude to whichever community we are surrounded by. For Kiewit, it goes beyond monetary donations. We are dedicated to giving back, reaching out, and helping our communities grow. Our employees and management team are committed to providing regular support to Lifeline WA as well as volunteering and participating in various other fundraising events and initiatives during the year.
