Kiewit Ethics and Code of Conduct (PDF, 64 KB)
To us, ethical behavior is more than words on paper. It is a total commitment involving every employee that crosses all lines of business, impacting everything we do. We have built an enviable, well-deserved reputation for integrity and honesty in our workplace conduct and our business relationships. To make sure we live up to that expectation, we stay true to our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and the Kiewit Ethics and Compliance Program.
The Kiewit Ethics and Compliance Program is designed with efficient, effective corporate controls that demonstrate our full, proactive compliance with all laws, regulations, contract requirements, policies and procedures. It is comprised of three parts: an approach to management understanding and involvement; organization structure and support; and plan components including risk assessments, training and education, compliance assessments, bubble-up reporting and disciplinary measures.
Kiewit has a zero tolerance policy for unethical conduct or violations of the law. Employees are expected to report any suspected violation to their immediate supervisor, district management, our Corporate Compliance Department or a company attorney.
The Kiewit Compliance Reporting Hotline (1-800-901-1087) may be used for reporting violations anonymously. Kiewit does not subject employees to retaliation or adverse personnel action of any kind for reporting concerns or issues that they believe, in good faith, may violate the law or Kiewit policies.
